Review:  June 2012

I had the opportunity to be a participant in one of Imogen McNamara's cooking classes.

It was a real privilege in all respects. Her organization was superb, and we were given fresh food and gentle instructions on how to prepare the ingredients as well as insight on the all-over goal for each dish. The final results were gratifying, and Imogen's intuitive knowledge of the delicate blend of tastes  was apparent as we sat down to a meal which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. This was Tuscan cooking at its best. All in all, it was an experience I will not soon forget, and I will try the dishes at home with new confidence, following the very clear recipes she left with us.

Grazie, Imogen!
