This is a fun time. Every day we spend 4 hours preparing, tasting, sampling, cooking and eating. This is hands-on cooking.  There will also be visits to sample local produce and to see specialities of the region, e.g., cheese making.

TUITION: Your teacher will be Imogen McNamara, an Italian qualified sommelier who has been resident in Italy for 12 years. She has been conducting cooking classes in the Garfagnana area of Tuscany for 7 years. She has extensive experience of Italian, Middle Eastern and modern Australian cuisine.
